King Salmon
The Kenai River is home to the undisputed heavy weight of Salmon - the magnificent Kenai River King. In mid May these tackle busting giants begin entering the Kenai River where you can fish for them from our clean and comfortable 20 foot river boats. These fish average 30 - 50 lbs. but many are taken each season in the 60, 70, and 80 lb. class. During much of the King Salmon season, Red Salmon also abound and may be easily taken from the shore. |

Silver Salmon
Don't miss fishing for these fierce fighting silvery acrobats. The Kenai River is host to two large runs of these tremendous sport fish. Non stop action and liberal limits make this chrome tail - dancer the favorite of many anglers. On even years the August Silver run is joined by huge schools of Pink Salmon that you can easily take from the boat.
